This work points to a journey of exploration - not of seas and far-off lands, but one of inner exploration. This is what I am committed to in my daily intention to find out "what this is,"and discover my own existence "as it is," through Shizantaza meditation.
The piece is based on a large outdoor sculpture in Gdynia, Poland.
